Adding a Workshop to LibCal

How to add a workshop to LibCal

  1. Login to LibApps
  2. Click “LibCal&rdquo
  3. Click “Event Calendars” in the top orange header bar
  4. Click “University Library Classes” in the “Modify/View Calendar” column
  5. Click “+ Add New Event” in the top left above the calendar
  6. In the Pop-Up, choose the “University Library Template” (at the very bottom)
  7. Fill out the template with your workshop information:
    1. Event Date/Time
    2. Title & Event Info
      1. If there is a LibGuide connected to the workshop, you can link it at “Related LibGuide”
    3. Event Location: Choose “Online Event via Facebook Live (or other)”
      1. Add your Zoom URL under “Event URL”
    4. Event Details 
      1. Presenter Name
      2. Choose a relevant audience, if applicable
    5. Event Registration
      1. UL Registration Form should be automatically chosen
      2. Leave the email forms as is
