Adding a Workshop to LibCal
How to add a workshop to LibCal
- Login to LibApps
- Click “LibCal&rdquo
- Click “Event Calendars” in the top orange header bar
- Click “University Library Classes” in the “Modify/View Calendar” column
- Click “+ Add New Event” in the top left above the calendar
- In the Pop-Up, choose the “University Library Template” (at the very bottom)
- Fill out the template with your workshop information:
- Event Date/Time
- Title & Event Info
- If there is a LibGuide connected to the workshop, you can link it at “Related LibGuide”
- Event Location: Choose “Online Event via Facebook Live (or other)”
- Add your Zoom URL under “Event URL”
- Event Details
- Presenter Name
- Choose a relevant audience, if applicable
- Event Registration
- UL Registration Form should be automatically chosen
- Leave the email forms as is
