POLS Y219 Intro to International Relations (Demirel-Pegg)

The major paper in this class asks you to write a review article or literature review on two different academic sources that address the same topic from different perspectives. Your articles must come from one of the following journals:

For your assignment, you MUST use articles from only four journals: International Organization, International Security, International Studies Quarterly, and World Politics.

Tips:

1. Be careful when you are searching as many databases default to search all conent, NOT just one journal.
2. When you find a good source, look at the journal title to make sure it is from one of the four approved journals.

To search WITHIN a journal in JSTOR:

1. Enter your search terms in the search box at the top of the page.
2. Drop down "All Content" and choose "In this journal."

To search WITHIN a journal in ProjectMUSE:

1. Do NOT use the search box at the top of the page. Instead,
2. Click "Search Journal," the tab next to "Available Issues."
