"First- and second year medical students are assigned to one of two wireless classrooms, both equipped with laptop connectivity at each student station. During first-year courses, students spend significant time in the state-of-the-art cadaver laboratory, which houses six cadaver tables and monitors at each work station. Students also have access to a study space with lighted study carrels."

As of January 4, 2020, library space is available from 8am - 8pm. In-person access to Hesburgh Library is limited to current members of Notre Dame, Saint Mary’s, and Holy Cross College communities.

"The Terre Haute campus offers a great selection of places to study, including ideal locations for single student or group study. Landsbaum Center for Health Education is a popular study spot on campus. This is where second-year students have most of their classes, but first-year students are welcome to study at the center, too, especially if Holmstedt Hall becomes too distracting."

At this time, library access is available only to the ISU community. The library is currently open M-F from 8-5pm. Spring 2021 hours start on January 19 at 8am. More information should be posted at that time.

"Lyles Porter Hall offers students a variety of study spaces. In addition to the first- and second- year classrooms, students can also use small group rooms, the computer lab, bio-safety lab, and two furnished lounge areas to study. The building also has three floors with two open lounges on each floor."
